Know how much your truck, tractor or trailer air suspension is carrying with the digital precision of a load weight gauge.  Monitor the load weight you are carrying on your truck via the tractor trailer air suspension with a digital load weight gauge. Truckers can calibrate the gauge on a scale to the legal limit, and the gauge will be accurate to 100 lbs when fully loaded. It only takes 10-15 seconds to calibrate, and the gauge will not need to be calibrated again, even if the load weight gauge is removed from the truck temporarily. The gauge is built to be accurate towards the legal limit, so the gauge will be less accurate when there is a light, or no load on the trailer.

Pounds are displayed in the thousands on the gauge display. For example, if the load weight was 33,900 lbs, the display would read “33.9”. Calibration of the digital load weight gauge is easy.  Weigh the truck at 34,000lbs on the axles, and hold the button on the gauge until the screen locks.  Take your finger off the button and then tap until the display reads "34.0" and now the correct load weight will be displayed. Also, the load gauge comes with a button to select the display delay. The 1 second setting is optimal for loading, while the 60 second setting is optimal for driving so the display stays steady and will only change every minute, instead of constantly jumping around.

The semi truck weigh scale gauge fits in a standard 2 1/16” dash hole. The bezel color of the digital load gauge can be chrome or black, whichever is more suitable. Some folks have a preference for a more understated gauge and choose the black. Other folks fancy the traditional chrome bezel for their truck or tractor interior. The red LED display is an addition to the truck or tractor dash. The LED display supplies ample light so the digits are readable in direct sunlight.
