Returns -- If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button.  We will notify you via e-mail/phone regarding that your refund has been processed once we have processed the return.  Refunds are issued within 2 to 4 weeks* of shipping the return to Teltek USA, however refunds are frequently process faster.  *2 to 4 weeks includes: Return shipping time (3-10 business days), Teltek USA return processing (1-5 business days), customers' banks refund processing (5-10 business days).

--One year Limited Warranty-- (to replace defective merchandise)
